TSA Management is a leading Client Side Construction Project Management Consultancy on the Australian Eastern Seaboard and New Zealand.As a Project Manager I worked alongside our clients to delivery their projects also engaging and managing stakeholders.My biggest achievement at TSA Management was delivering the Footscray Learning Precinct on behalf of the Victorian School Building Authority. A Project worth circa $80m.

As Facilities Management Data Coordinator I managed the Building Drawings and Data. This Data was used to assist the maintenance of the buildings as well as provide information to assist new projects. To ensure the 'Data Life-cycle' was maintained I was also responsible for updating the existing data with the new project data.My most notable achievements during my short contract was developing the 'Curtin Documentation Portal' to allow consultants to access current building data to facilitate new projects. I also developed the 'Master Maintenance Manual' process which deleted irrelevant information and ensured all buildings had relevant and up-to-date information other than drawings.

Persimmon Homes is the UK's second largest House Builder and Land Developer.As Development Manager I was responsible for the following:• Appointing and managing Civil and Structural Engineering Consultants.• Planning and Building Regulation Applications – including the discharge of conditions• Overseeing initial geotechnical investigations, site archaeology and ecology.• Act as the engineering and architectural point of contact• Building and Engineering Specification Writing.• Contract Administration• Construction Administration• Pre-Construction Health and SafetyMy two most notable Projects at Persimmon Homes were Weldon Park, Corby (1000 Houses, £400m) and Warwick Road, Banbury (350 Houses, £175m). My main achievements on these Projects are as follows:Weldon Park, Corby – 1000 Houses plus schools and amenities – Value £400m- Managing International Stakeholders to resolve a Second World War Plane Crash Site Issue. - During the Archaeological Scanning of the site a ‘mass’ was discovered that, after some research by the local curator, was a WW2 bomber crash site. The neighbouring airfield was used during that time and the airfield used UK planes with US voluntary pilots therefore the RAF and The US air force had to be involved in the action plan for the crash site. My employer at the time wouldn’t allow for the expenses of the US Airforce to be flown over to the UK so I had to co-ordinate the 2 parties in separate meetings in two different time zones along with the council Archaeologist. The end result was a unanimous agreement to leave the crash site as a war grave and provide a 150 meter “No Construction Zone”.Warwick Road, Banbury – 350 Houses– Value £175m- Mitigation the Construction Process around a Protected Wildlife Species (Badgers) - The site had numerous badger setts and an existing building containing bats. This required preparing the Natural England licenses to carry out the works and a lot of co-ordination of the building program.
