I am recently graduated magna cum laude from American University with dual degree in Music and Business Entertainment. I am currently working as a License Management Specialist at SoundExchange and I plan to attend law school in the near future.I have gained valuable experience and skills in the fields of music and entertainment law, working as a Teaching Assistant for Professor John Simson, the founder of SoundExchange, and as a Music Department Tutor and a Copyright Library Assistant. I have contributed to the creation and grading of class materials, the monitoring and reporting of changes in copyright law, and the tutoring of students in music theory, harmonic analysis, and melodic dictation.Additionally, I have explored my passion for music and entertainment management by starting an alternative rock band during the COVID gap year, which has accumulated over 550,000 streams across various platforms. I have also developed my presentation skills, hybrid teamwork management, and intellectual property knowledge through multiple projects and assignments. My interests include entertainment management, entertainment law, employment law, and music education.
