As Head of Customer Success at 3Squared, I am responsible for understanding the challenges facing the rail industry and collaborating with my colleagues to align our products with these challenges.My role has evolved to become more client facing and industry facing, and I am using my years of experience working alongside our rail software customers to understand their business problems and needs. I have an analytical mindset and excel at communicating, especially explaining complex technical issues to a non-technical audience. I take a commercially aware risk-based approach to assessing a situation, ensuring a balanced and objective view. I am an experienced technical manager, with a background in Information Technology having worked in Sheffield's digital sector since 2005 when I graduated from The University of Sheffield in 2005 with a Masters in Computer Science.I have worked on software projects across rolling stock, signalling, logistics, planning and operational decision support and am keen to see technology help to bring an integrated systems thinking approach to the Digital Railway.
