As a Program Director in Digital Transformation, I specialize in managing large complex International Programs within business units and IT departments. My passion is constructing projects from the ground up working together with a team to create and achieve results while also managing the Quality/Cost/Delivery triangle . My career within the Telecom, Energy and Insurance markets is composed of two major areas of expertise : - Management Consulting for business units and IT Internationally - International Transformation Program Management and Team ManagementIn 2002, I built and managed a multicultural team in charge of process definition and change management for a Mexican telecom operator that was redefining its IT systems.During corporate acquisition in 2018, I was in charge of redesigning the Digital Customer experience, redefining products and merging IT systems.Between 2010 and 2014, I successfully managed a strategic program at SFR, redefining and building a new Global information system (Sales/CRM/Billing/BI) for all business units including process redefinition (using V-model and Agile/Scrum frameworks)Today, as the Head of AzP Global Platform services, I am responsible of the Roll-out of the Global Platform to all Allianz BU’s with a team of Program Managers. In additionnal responsabile to define and steer the overall Governance and cross function at Global & Regional level. Transforming a company is first and foremost the challenge of transforming its people, redefining business models and product offering.
