I believe in results. I believe that actions and NOT buzz words, long meetings or nice leaflets change your team behavior. And you need to change this behavior as it changes the customers experience & perception. And these boost sales performance. My professional life was connected with Orange Slovensko for 18 years. Our branch was one of the most profitable country within the Orange group. Comparing other small & medium businesses I worked with today, telco is still one of the most competitive and dynamic markets I know. I must say, it was amazing journey. Although some of my HR ex-colleagues many times told me "I'm too business oriented." Recent years I was playing with an idea if and how my growth strategies & practices would be helpful in other businesses. Now I know for sure, it works :) I love helping to grow sales or make HR become a performance based partner with real results. It isn't important if in a local company with 50 employees or a global corporate. It doesn't matter to me if I'm an employee, interim manager or an external consultant. My motivation and passion is to help people succeed... I many times challenge the status quo and get results - preferably overachieve. Simple as that.
