CurrentAs a Business Process Owner, I am member of the product management team. I do have deep product and industry expertise. Responsible for facilitating the creation of valued, usable technology products that solve real world problems by actively participating as an investigator and decision maker within product management. I am quantifying business requirements and translating those into new features.I do have insight knowledge of EMCS, NCTS, ICS, ECS, Import and Export flows and other customs related workflows ( Chamber of Commerce, Client PD, ECert) Connected with almost every customs authority in the EU. Delivering the specifications for all messages to our product / development team and fine tuning the delivered solutions and UI`s if required.
