Management and controlling of hull equipment team of NCL Breakaway-Pus class newbuildings and RCI Quantum Class newbuildings in addition to Project Engineer assignments for several hull equipment systems (see below).Detailed description:• Consistent elevation of team motivation• Organization, assignment and controlling of tasks to team members• Time scheduling of tasks for individual projects such as purchasing and drawing/3-D model deadlines, etc. • Update of team members of current project status• Controlling and updating weight and cost budgets for individual projects• Assistance of team members with challenges on assigned tasks • Clarification of escalated challenges with owner, supplier and class• Status care/updates for project management• Additional responsibilities as Project Engineer (see below)
