I have recently been made redundant however I was a senior member of the technical support team at Wagestream since joining them in January of 2022.Prior to this I was an Operational training manager at Teleperformance where I managed to team of project trainers and designed, created and tested training programs that would then be given to employees across various different campaigns. I have always striven for excellence within all my rolls and this has gained me the necessary skills and confidence to grow my career in the support environment.
