As HRSS SDM, main duties are to support all HRSS teams to ensure consistently high levels of service are delivered to all UK Strategic Business Units in the most cost-effective way. Martin has built close working relationships with the Capgemini Rightshore entities in HR BPO, India, and works closely with the UK Strategic Business Unit representatives as appropriate. the role involves positive engagement across the UK HR Service Management teams, development and maintainenance of a sound relationship with VP for HR BPO and other senior managers as required, and is the main point of contact for HR BPO Executive team.

Manage the People Transition Team, a team of 5 Resource Consultants who support employees in redeployment across all UK SBU's, where his team has delivered a considerable saving to Capgemini whilst successfully redeployed 120+ employees since January 2011. This team also delivers resourcing support to new deals as required, providing high touch resource management through launch and transition into BAU resourcing.
