Managing infrastructures via MSP model. Primary tasks contain deployment and support of DLP solutions and Remote desktop servers, with minor focus on server infrastructure and backup management. DLP: Consulting, Data Loss Prevention auditing, designing proper deployment/product type, setting up restrictions and policies, monitoring, reporting breaches, primary with Safetica solution.Remote desktop: Sizing, deployment and support of remote desktop based on Microsoft products (RDSH) on Windows server 2012 to 2022. Experience with using modern technologies (UPD, vGPU via DDA, RDS farms) on multiple fresh deployments of various sizes and user demands. Rebuilding old terminal servers, migrations, security hardening, Applocker, performance tuning, 2FA, validating LoB products on each deployment type, both full RDSH and RemoteApp.Backups: Building backup infrastructure based on Veeam, monitoring, management via Veeam Availability Console/BaR console, monitoring with Veeam ONE, troubleshooting.Servers: I build multiple Hyper-Converged clusters on Windows Server 2016 and 2019 with Starwind VSAN, including consolidation, migration and upgrade of whole production virtual server infrastructure.Additional tasks: Active Directory management, security hardening, GPO, O365 management, Powershell automation, basic SQL management, Azure, networking.

My main task is managing community of players of MMO game with few millions users, via forums and various social media. This includes preparation of game events, localization, gathering feedback from players and general reporting about state of the game, player mood and concerns. I also have been responsible for the general arrangement of this game, supervising and training of over 20 customer support agents and curating CS knowledge base (known issues, proper steps, proper communication...). Part of my duties included QA of customer support and game mastering communication.
