Working with him we pre-ordered Christmas volumes and year on year volumes into the business.

This allowed the group to save on wages and produce better quality food. It was such a success in Harrogate that it was then rolled out across the group.I then went on to design a small restaurant kitchen and a new brassiere concept which was implemented in the Hotel. As this was also a success this design was then implemented in the Bradford Cedar court hotel.This was the first hotel I developed my menu design skills.
