I am an accomplished financial executive with deep experience providing strategic consulting to support major programs such as acquisitions, divestitures, and re-engineering initiatives. I have supported major programs at MetLife where I have become an expert in financial governance, analysis, and reporting, business case development, change management, and program coordination working with cross functional teams globally. This includes preparing and reviewing financial models that provide ROIs, NPVs, cash flows, and P&L impacts associated with business cases for all types of initiatives. I have worked closely with various businesses and support functions throughout MetLife and across all regions of the world. This resulted in the following benefits to MetLife.• Reduced MetLife’s Direct Expense Ratio by 170 basis points from 2015 to 2019 as part of the Unit Cost Improvement (UCI) program• Completed the Brighthouse Financial (BHF) spin-off of much of MetLife’s retail business with billions of dollars in assets and revenues, restructuring MetLife’s capital structure and reducing risk• Complied with regulations aligned with U.S. Government’s designation of MetLife as a Strategically Important Financial Institution (SIFI), ultimately won MetLife’s legal challenge by overturning the SIFI designation in courtI am excited to work on contracting opportunities where I can leverage my experience to support major programs of other companies; I am available to discuss new opportunities with you. I believe my skills are particularly valuable in today’s business environment where companies are looking to modify business processes in response to health concerns related to the corona virus pandemic. I am extremely motivated by challenging assignments and working with highly talented people
