It all started in the days of the legendary C64, then came the Amiga and later the first PCs. Gaming had always fascinated me, but soon I wanted to know how things really worked and my first own programs in C followed. After finishing school I pursued my curiosity about the secrets of human anatomy, physiology and pathology and studied medicine. But even in medicine it didn't take long until computer science found me again. My doctoral thesis was about data transmission in rescue services with the help of the then brand-new mobile radio.After graduation, I experienced what information technology really meant in the corporate setting - both technologically and business-wise. I learned how to manage projects, respond to requests for proposals, and prepare bids. In product management, I added process and requirements analysis, agile working and design thinking to my professional skills. For 20 years now, I have enjoyed every day anew to exchange ideas with people from different countries, disciplines and fields of knowledge to create the best possible software solution.I love inspiring teams and turning ideas into reality. For me, new technologies are the key to a sustainable future. And no matter in which direction progress drives us - I want to be part of it!
