The functions of: operations, maintenance, launch, manufacturing engineering, logistics, quality, lab, sourcing, finance, etc.Coordination of external changes (ECRs) and internal changes (ICRs) incl. transfers projects to OES.Track documentation of process flow and PFMEA, prepare time schedule of projects, cost monitoring, resp. for budget compliance. Coordinate all plant functions to ensuring the smooth proceeding for topics: Plant Layout implementation and update with attention macro flows and detailed cell layouts, line, feeding etc. with focus for robusteness of project launch, Individual RAACI's (specifications), internal packaging, contingency plan, machine and tool staff in company, line readiness include Standardized work an all customer specific requirements, cooperation on implemetation of proposals for improvement.Coordination all facility activities
