Lead the development of MSD CRM delivery capability within the UK identify resource requirements, interview candidates, etc. Integrate the UK delivery team with offshore delivery capability creating a cost effective delivery model for CRM implementations. Work with Resourcing team to effectively resource CRM projects in a timely mannerDeveloping methodologies, accelerators, tools, approaches and thought leadership to differentiate in the market. Support MSD CRM major bids, with a focus on Banking industry. Support delivery of sales revenue targets through team based selling. To assess qualification of initial leads and determine resourcing / implementation effort. At times, undertake senior delivery role on initial project team to de-risk the project.
