Martín Kahn, co-founder and partner of Planet Partners, currently serves as the Chief Development Officer.With a solid background as an industrial engineer, he initially gained valuable experience at Banco Santander, specializing in financial planning.Driven by his passion for design and architecture, he joined forces with Cesar Escandarani to establish Planet Partners. Since the company's inception, he has focused on the legal and financial structuring of various projects in Argentina, Uruguay, and the United States, closely collaborating with legal and accounting firms, financial institutions, and renowned developers in the real estate industry.In order to expand his capabilities and knowledge, he decided to pursue additional training at the New York University, Shack Institute of Real Estate. There, he immersed himself in advanced topics related to real estate development, investment evaluation, and industry best practices, strengthening his comprehensive understanding of the sector.To this day, he remains a fundamental part of Planet Partners' operations. With his ability to solve complex problems and his experience in multiple aspects of the industry, he supports the team in making strategic decisions and creating successful real estate projects.
