My aim always is not to be viewed as a salesperson, but as a trusted advisor. I'm a big fan of creating win-win scenarios where I can accomplish my sales goals and helping my customers solve their problems or achieve their goals. I'm also often, at many of my jobs, the one sent in when a fire needs to be put out. I relish being able to understand the nature of the frustration, validating their feelings, and hammering out a solution. I have a degree in Marine Biology and can typically use my curious nature to quickly adapt and learn new things.
