I have been working in libraries for over a quarter of a century and I share my experience not only with people in libraries but also with my students at the Department of Information Studies and Librarianship at the Faculty of Arts MU. I am interested in the functioning of information systems and participate in their design. Currently I am working on the development of the portal Knihovny.cz at the Moravian Library and as a section manager I also manage the operation of other online services such as the Czech Digital Library, Digitalniknihovna.cz, etc. I enjoy educating all age groups, but especially the younger generation. I am currently trying to start a system of national library services education in secondary schools with my colleagues. I also regularly train on citation issues, plagiarism, working with sources and I also train library services and AI (artificial intelligence).
