Martin L. Mueller heads the Employment, Executive Compensation & Pension Group of Pestalozzi. His practice focuses on transactional employment and pensions issues, as well as hiring, incentivizing and exiting senior executives.He is advising clients on the employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions; the design, negotiation and implementation of employment agreements and incentive compensation programs, in particular with respect to the Swiss say-on-pay rules for listed companies; and executive dismissals.In addition, Martin regularly advises on board level disputes, team moves, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE, collective consultation, and trade union issues. He also carries out corporate investigations and conducts litigations before the Employment Tribunal and higher courts.
