I'm Team lead for Central and East Europe Service Desk.I'm responsible for daily duties of resolve and escalate issues in my region and also cooperate with others teams like infrastructure,networking,servers teams to solve operations issues in my responsible regions. I participate on a lot of projects in my regions as well.I have responsibility for Opex for my countries which is more then 1 milon EUR per yer.Also I have covering CAPEX for projects in my countries which we have over more 10 miloin EUR per year.

monthly analyses; OPEX, Capex – as cost center owner preparation of monthly forecast, yearly budget, leading 3 people. In 2008 participation on transfer of old ERP to SAP (support finance department, HR department (regular software updates, transfers of data)
