I and plenty of other people are helping non-profit organizations (NPO) to reach their technical goals.My work is mostly tech lead. I discuss possible solutions which are available for a given project. Their advantages and possible problems. After that, we create a basic workflow from Idea, through UX, development to deployment and easy caretaking for years to come. As CTO I am responsible for the development of the application, and communication with stakeholders and other departments. The development team has currently 10 part-time members.I've put the team together starting from scratch. I was responsible for architecture and design patterns for common processes. We are now using GitHub workflow integrated with Terraform and AWS for the backend. GitHub workflow is used to build Flutter application with Codemagic and deploy it to Play Store/Apple Store.My main responsibilities are keeping the team working, enhancing efficiency, dealing with deadlines, and helping the product owner to meet her goals.
