At The Muscle Advisor we aim to relieve muscular pain by manipulating the soft tissues of the body. You may have an injury resulting from sport or exercise or from sitting at your desk for hours on end. Either way we aim to have you back and running so that you can perform at your best. We provide a professional service to people of all ages and backgrounds, whether or not they regularly participate in sport. We also offer personal training sessions at home, in the local park or in a fully equipped gym so that you have every opportunity to lose a few pounds, drop a dress size or to reach your fitness goals. Sports Massage can also be incorporated with Personal Training sessions to rehabilitate from an injury quicker or to allow for quicker recovery and less aches after exercise.
