1.Pre-sales support like Business Evaluation, Data Research , Solution Preparation and Presentation2.Projects execution including recruitment team establishment, Job online advertising, CVs collection and Screening, online interviews, campus and industry pathway management, on-site info session and interviews organization and offer delivery.3.Online and Offline recruitment products innovation to meets the various needs of Clients.4.Building CVDB and relationship with Universities’ career center for clients5.Recruiting and training PMs, team building and other management and operation works for my department.Main Projects ：1.2020 Tencent Overseas Spring Recruitment project execution for the online global campus recruitment. It covers USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Japan. We mainly targets the Chinese tech students in the top 100 universities. 2.CRRC 2017 USA and 2019 Germany Recruitment Projects execution for Campus and experienced Talents mainly majored on ME, EE and CS. A collection of more than 2000 CVs had been delivered to the Client.3.Baidu 2017-2019 Overseas Recruitment (US) 20172-2017.4: Baidu First Overseas Campus Travel in USC, UC-Berkeley and Stanford University, CEO Branding Activities and support work for Baidu president Robin Li. Whole project management and successful launch exceeding the whole expectation of clients and other competitors. Contribute over 370 CVs to Baidu Recruitments in CMU, Colombia University and UIUC .4.Faw-Volkswagen 2016-2018 Overseas Recruitment (US and Germany) 2016.2-2016.5 and 2016.9-2016.12 : around 500 qualified CVs were delivered after 1 Info Session and 5 days Interviews in each country each year.
