About Martin Lindblad

I am a mechanical engineer (M.Sc.) with a broad background in product development and leadership. My international experience from world market leading companies within subsea & offshore energy, automotive, and defense technology industries in Sweden, Norway, Russia, and Denmark I have developed into a self-motivated and hard working team player with an aptitude for holistic understanding and with a wide experience range, from the factory floor to the strategic planning and operational leadership. My natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge keeps me humble, open-minded, and passionate about understanding how things work; people, systems, organizations, cultures, and technical devices alike. This, I believe, is my strongest asset both within engineering and leadership – to be genuinely interested to learn and develop myself and those around me. I am currently employed by Ability Group AB and have a business development assignment at SAAB Surveillance to support the transition to a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) environment, and help improve WoW (Way of Working) to enable a more efficient and lean organization.
