The purpose of the master thesis was to answer with what activities third-party logistics providers can increase the perceived value of e-commerce companies in the different phases of the sales process.The conclusions from the main study were used to build a framework, structuring how third-party logistic providers should focus its resources and organize its activities in the phases of the sales process.
