Process Engineer working to develop, scale and drive initiatives with global stakeholders, create project plans, develop processes, coordinate and drive execution, and communicate to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Drive process control and shift mean performance with the outcome of minimising variation between shifts, buildings and region, to deliver strong OP performance. Work closely with Global Process System Engineering (PSE), ACES PM, Launch Teams, Amazon Robotics, Operations Engineering (OE) and Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) teams to improve the input metrics for each of the process paths by prioritising and channelling global resources to address gaps in these input metrics.

Project Managemnt role supporting Amazon Robotics Floor Fulfilment Center.Spent time with the deployment teams shadowing various teams on how technology is being installed, technical details of what is being installed, and in parallel work to build up knowledge base around the products, use cases associated and metrics utilized across the program. Act as the SME onsite and responsible for capturing bugs and/or issues and will be responsible for either triage onsite or reporting back to the US team (Boston) to solve. Support Operations teams day to day onsite as well as remote. Capture the local, onsite voice of the customer to establish a successful relationship with internal partners.
