In 23 years at OEM, I was able to gain in-depth knowledge in various positions in product development. My responsibilities were in the areas of design release, powertrain integration and project management in engine development. In my role as Global Program Quality Manager, I was able to expand my experience in continuous product improvement, customer satisfaction and quality processes to cover a complete product life cycle.As Senior Manager Product Engineering at AAM, I led a team in the Systems Engineering department on innovative projects for the development of highly efficient electrified axles. In my current position as Senior Manager at AAM, I head the PE Program Lead department and am responsible for budgeting and project management for the development of electrified axles.I worked in different joined ventures with global teams leading me to intercultural skills for efficient collaboration. Leadership skills in managing global projects with teams in matrix organizations complete my profile. New tasks and challenges inspire me.
