As a manufacturer of sauces and condiments to the Australian and NZL Food service / QSR markets, Groenz has successfully undergone a business turnaround in the past 3 years.Having secured a large US cornerstone shareholder, the future looks exciting for building value via a strategy of carefully planned growth in Australiasia.Reporting to the board and working closely with funders, I played a key role in the "turnaround", securing a suitable long term shareholder, undertaking the due diligence process and then ensuring the growth strategy is properly crafted and then executed within.
