• I delivered the Climate Shied Initiative by developing adaptation strategies for communities which faced harsh reality of climate mobility. I have worked with over 324 households to rebuild their lives and communities through floodwater fish farming, irrigation for displaced communities and home gardening for resilience. • I Delivered the waste to Art initiative where I established 10 Eco-green clubs in 10 schools reaching out to 1000 students being trained to recycle waste materials into art thereby not only mitigating environmental pollution but also providing a sustainable source of income for the youths involved. • I delivered the Clean Cities Solidarity March where I mobilized 3000 youths, waste artists, climate activists, environmental advocates, and youth organization to match against improper waste management and environmental degradation while holding stakeholders accountable for their actions• I secured over 5 project grants for the implementation and scalability of the Clean Cities Project Initiatives

• Advocated for climate financing through the World Bank for youth-led climate initiatives • Advocated for inclusive participation by involving the marginalized and affected community in decision-making and climate policies • Advocated for just transition, so that the shift to sustainable practices provides new opportunities and alternatives to those affected by the change • Advocated for equity and fairness so that there is equal distribution of resources and opportunities to mitigate and adapt to climate change • Advocated for authorities to be held accountable for resource allocation and usage so that resources allocated for climate action are not diverted and used for other purposes

• Oversaw and managed the day-to-day operations and administrative duties for the Ministry which has over 300 employees and 5 departments. • Coordinated and managed logistical support for over 100 meetings, conferences, events, and project activities. • Assisted in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of the ministry's budget, and work plans • Drafted and reviewed over 500 official correspondence, memorandums, reports, and documents on behalf of the ministry

• I organized virtual meetings and trained youths from over 50 countries across the globe such as Nigeria, Malawi, Kenya, Uganda, Pakistan, Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Benin, Mozambique, Cameroon, and Zambia among others in leading and implementing climate action initiatives in their respective communities• I supervised and led the monitoring and evaluation of the climate action initiatives implemented by the youth-based organizations in the above-mentioned countries• I engaged stakeholders for climate financing for the youth-led climate and environmental initiatives

• I collaborated and worked with young professionals and students from 26 countries, such as Norway, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Senegal, Egypt, the United States of America, Canada, Australia, Germany, China, Uruguay, and Chile, among others on project management and implementation• Completed the comprehensive training on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and project management.• Developed and executed the Clean Cities Project.• Participated in an expedition aboard the ship Stiftelsen Statsraad Lehmkuhl along the stunning Norwegian coastline.

• I Organized and facilitated over 500 virtual and physical fundraising, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and grant application workshops reaching out to 50,000 students and youths in Malawi. • I Engaged financial institutions in Malawi (Banks and insurance companies) to provide soft loans to 200 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) • I delivered in securing donations, managing donor relationships, and developing fundraising strategies for the organization • I conducted research, data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of organization-funder relationship and project implementation

This is a campaign I founded and it aimed at combating the COVID-19 pandemic among youths and students at the Malawi Polytechnic and other public universities in Malawi by distributing free masks and conducting online sensitization campaigns on COVID-19 prevention measures
