Crucial in the role of primary liaison between prospective and existing international clients, sales and certification teams.- Working closely with customers to their develop their understanding of the testing and certification process in order enhance their experience and ultimately improve delivery timescales.- Meeting prospective clients at exhibitions and following up on leads.- Forge close relationships with customers in order to build trust and to act as a focal point of contact in the event of project related issues.- Coordinate and conduct quarterly senior management performance reviews with customers in order to discuss delivery, review strategy, understand road maps, resolution of technical related issues and understand priorities.- Member of the Board of Management for the European Fire and Security Group (EFSG), Strategic Planning Group.

- Responsible for conducting detailed technical evaluation of test reports, ISO 9001 audit reports and technical documentation packs in order to make informed certification decision.- Authorise product certificates for LPCB, Construction Product Regulation (CPR) and Construction Products Directive (CPD).- Attend regular meetings with senior customer management to discuss issues, understand priorities and provide clarification of testing and certification process.
