Jeg er lidenskapelig opptatt av å hjelpe andre mennesker få personlig utvikling og oppnå målene sine. Jeg har variert bakgrunn fra salg, ledelse og rådgivning. For tiden jobber jeg som Salgsdirektør i Samlerhuset Norge AS. Der har jeg ansvar for utviklingen av salgsavdelingen. Jeg har også ansvar for opplæring og oppfølging av utviklingsplaner for mellomledere og alle selgere. Vi har hatt en veldig god utvikling, og har hatt en økning i omsetningen på 74% fra 2018 til 2020.Tidligere har jeg erfaring fra entreprenørskap, hvor jeg medgründet Kraftkonsulenten AS i 2014, samt Methlie Consult i 2017. Jeg har studert coaching, prestasjonskultur og ledelse på Universitet i Sørøst Norge. For tiden studerer jeg NLP-coaching, samt Co-active coaching. Jeg trives best når jeg kan bidra til at mennesker løser utfordringer de møter i hverdagen og oppnår personlig vekst.
