About Martin Midtgaard

A strong analytical ability, a natural technical aptitude, and an empathetic approach to problem-solving are at the core of who I am. Understanding complex business needs and converting them into working IT is what I do. My practical skills, such as UML modelling and integration design, are complemented by an expanding "framework toolbox" that is becoming increasingly agile, as evidenced by my certifications as a SCRUM Master, SAFe Practitioner, and PRINCE2 Foundation.In varying positions over the years, I have worked with IT business analysis, architecture, and system specifications across a broad range of business domains, primarily in the public sector, from both customer and provider perspectives.Main competencies are centred around extraction and documentation of business needs adapting them with due diligence to any existing limitations and regulations to specifications that can be developed, tested, and implemented.
