CurrentERYC Infrastructure & FacilitiesUndertake the planned maintenance of all corporate property including schools, leisure facilities, social services and office accommodation.Carry out work within schools on behalf of various Academy Trusts.Responsible for the design, specification, tendering, contract administration and project management of schemes including;Large internal refurbishment scheme of Secondary School on behalf of an Academy trust, incorporating renewal of all washroom areas, internal finishes and extensive replacement of hot and cold water distribution pipework within confined spaces throughout the school.Multi-classroom extensions and remodelling of Primary Schools, constructed in timber frame, in order to deliver affordable schemes within short time frames.Conversion and refurbishment of a Grade II former Chapel into a 120-seat theatre.Procurement of building work via YORBuild Framework utilising the NEC contract.Procurement of building work via ERYC Approved Lists utilising both NEC and JCT contracts.Manage and deliver our Service Level Agreement to Authority and Academy-run schools.Undertake building surveying responsibilities including;Undertaking of Asset Management Plan surveys to all ERYC building stock.Defect analysisSchedules of ConditionParty Walls ActFeasibility studiesAccess audits/Equality Act
