About Martin Moore

I am an experienced HR professional. Most of my career was in spent in RTE, Ireland's Public Service Broadcaster, where I manged the HR function in a number of areas including Radio, TV and News. I also managed the corporate learning and development function. RTE is a diverse organisaton so I was able to contribute in a range of areas such as recruitment, training, performance management, policy development, coaching and management development. I liked the challenge of working in RTE but left the organisation in 2012 to start my own business.
