I started this role with Ford but during lockdown 2020 two other companies joined the Ford parts department which is now home to Ford, Mazda and also the Joe Duffy Group motor factors. This involved a total revamp of the department and building new racking to make it as efficient as possible. Some of my duties:- Created training plan and schedule to help progress the parts department team.- Implemented a process to ensure parts ordered for service department is logged and re booked to reduce obsolete/unwanted stock.- Using Kerridge for reports such as top sellers, obsolete stock, parts on reserve, Open WIPS, Till reports and end of day trackers.- Continuously checking and adjusting stock levels based on recalls, new models and fast moving items.- Working with marketing department to help promote parts department via social media, graphic design, or customer specific campaigns. - Communicating with all customers/departments of any parts issues.- Promoting and up selling to trade and retail customers.Achievements:Successfully managed to grow the department during 2019/2020 by bringing new customers to the dealership, dealing with orders professionally and efficiently. Built a structure for the new employees which gives them goals and guidance to help progress in there position and career. Pushed myself out of my comfort zone by learning the ways of two new brands in a very short space of time. New processes and new products which keeps me on my toes.

Responsible for the day to day running of the business.- Managed and controlled ecommerce business from home.- Handling all customer queries and sales through calls, emails and website chat.- Managing customer orders from start to finish to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time.- Guiding and advising customers with products to ensure the correct part is identified and supplied.- Working directly with suppliers to full fill orders- Building product listings with images and data work.- Using Facebook ads to promote monthly offers to customers and generate revenue.- Using Google analytics to measure traffic and campaign results.

- Create content for Social Media Channels ( Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram).- In charge of organic Facebook page and reporting stats on a monthly basis.- Creating engaging video content for social media including video (planning, research, scripting, f filming, presenting and editing- Represented MicksGarage on Ireland AM speaking about winter driving tips.- Daily use of Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe Photoshop to design promotional graphics in relation to current offers on site.- Create, design and segment email campaigns to all Irish, UK and ROW subscribers using Sensor Pro.- Creating engaging content for MicksGarage.com blog using keyword research and SEO tools to grow organic traffic.- Blogging - developing content that meets the needs of our audience and providing a heavy content influence on the Customer Knowledge Centre.- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Google Docs.- Use my automotive knowledge to help other category managers grow and develop current ranges.- Rebuild and rebrand ranges which are underperforming and identify issues with the goal to increase sales and profits.- Analysis sales reports to ensure stock levels are performing to ensure sales targets are achieved.- Build new product ranges with images and data
