As an Enterprise Global Integration Architect (GIA) I act as the overarching architecture lead on large global sales opportunities. I am responsible for working with Global Sales Executives (GSE) as a trusted technical advisor/ partner. Working as lead solution architect of the team and partnering with the assigned GSE, I provide technical leadership to the assigned solutions team and work with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts, to build a holistic view of the solution strategy.

 Provide senior level presentations and briefings, participate in technical customer meetings, support bid and proposal efforts, and technically and procedurally represent the solution both internally and externally for our largest deal opportunities with a TCV greater than 5 million. Partner with the solution team in developing, documenting and presenting the integrated solution for complex deals based upon the client's requirements and Verizon's products/services and those of all required third party vendors/partners in the end-to-end solution. Collaborate with all internal parties to validate all of the solution components including optimizing costs to meet business case needs. Work with the transition team to develop the transition plan and design and document the integrated solution to help shape deal economics. Participate in the transitioning of customer accounts from their existing environment to a fully transformed solution.

 Partner with sales team and solutions team as lead PM to transition a top 10 Financial Institution's 80+ TPV to Verizon TPV management team, including the coordination with customer sourcing and Verizon sourcing team to cut over existing maintenance contracts. Lead Transition Reporting Project, to ensure all reporting requirements are met within the critical deliverable time line. Synchronize efforts between multiple internal and external teams as well as TPV to ensure processes are in place to collect data and calculate SLA. Transition lead for training project. Coordinated training for customer employees, newly re-badge Staff Aug resources, and Verizon resources. Deliver senior level presentations, and reports, both internally and to the customer as part of each of my transition projects.

 Implement business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Spearhead the management and maintenance of a dedicated customer's internal and external DNS/DHCP infrastructure. Assisted in the planning and implementation of a project to perform product evaluation of new DNS/DHCP solution for customers. Complete daily DNS/DHCP change request and larger long term DNS/DHCP projects. Collaborate with third part vendors to develop more cohesive processes and SOP.Redefined the operational environment processes to support Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Manage over 20 accounts, including the largest customers in the shared managed services center. Develop and deliver executive presentations for Williams Sonoma and Barnes and Nobel. Direct and hold weekly and monthly calls to review customer network requirements, and service support issues. Served as a liaison between operations and the customer and worked very closely with the sales team to ensure customer's expectations were met.
