As a parent and with a 5 year cumulative experience in the disability industry and 7 years in the finance industry, I understand the unique value that being a good model role model serves. It gives people a sense of bearing and it allows people aspire and work towards their goals and indeed break 'glass ceilings'. I also understand well that more and more people with disabilities are presented with unique obstacles and which prevent them from living fulfilled and satisfied lives.I have grown up to learn the importance of empathy in society, and how much it is important to treat others as we would like to be treated.
