In the one year I managed to improve the efficiency of serving customers thus improving the SLA. With the onset of the corona pandemic ,the contracts were not renewed immediately however I was called back after a month but posted to a different location, that is Kisii Branch. At Kisii branch I mainly performed the front office tasks which included, Accounts opening, Mobile banking onboarding, ATM carding and customer service roles. I stayed at this role for one and half years upon which I was promoted to a Credit officer-Consumer lending in February 2022, however it was also to different location, this time round Mtwapa Branch.As a credit officer- consumer lending , tasks included the following-; Loan book growth ,cooperate marketing, institutional marketing, quality management of the loan book and check off loans booking. Thus my Key Performance Indicators were based around growth and quality management of the consumer(check-off) book in the bank. During my tenure as a branch we were able to grow the book by a whooping 50m for the one year I was at the helm. As a result of my robustness and efficiency I was transferred from Mtwapa branch on march 2023 and sent to the bank's Head Office in Nairobi. I was to join in newly created department as a Digital officer -Disbursements. We were tasked with the final task of verifying all loan applications before disbursing the same , the role am currently serving.In my four and half years of experience , I have been honored to work in various societal settings and appreciated diversity of different people. I come with excellent customer service skills, marketing skills and critical analysis skills as an Economist.
