After more than 10 years as an expert in areas of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management Sytems, and having worked with more than 200 Companies it is my observation that the vast majority of organizations hold their prime directive to be reducing defects to the lowest acceptable level by minimizing process variability. The future lies in business excellence and risk avoidance. I am motivated to champion the transition from overhead quality management and risk-based-thinking to being a profit center for your organization.
