As a coordinator at Tetra Pak, I had the operational responsibility for 25 technical writers in Lund and Budapest. This role required knowledge about processes, tools and corporate standards for producing manuals together with skills to lead people and handle problems that disturbed the production. Driving improvements for better quality and efficiency was also part of the job. My main task during the years at Tetra Pak was to create manuals for packaging equipment. This gave me a solid knowledge about topic based authoring, XML, Arbortext, Windchill, Creo, and Illustrator. As a consultant at Tetra Pak I was also involved in projects for creating training material, migrating content to be prepared for digitalization, writing new corporate standards for manuals and developing new concepts for apps. In another assignment for Sony Mobile I was involved in the startup of the assignment and went to Beijing to transfer knowledge to my colleagues in Lund and Budapest. When the assignment was up and running, I took the role as Content Lead and was responsible for the content delivered to Sony Mobile support page and leaflets delivered with the mobile phones. Working with Japanese project leaders taught me to balance high demands on quality with pressure to keep strict deadlines. A more personal assignment was my cooperation with Livelo, a new Swedish cargo bike producer, where I as the first customer suddenly became the supplier of a web page, printed owners manuals and translations.
