I was responsible for the administrative aspects of all projects including subcontract issuance, contract compliance, invoicing, and compilation of all closeout documentation. I also started to implement new process improvements in the form of SOPs and standardized documents that helped to improve contract and invoice turnaround times. In addition to issuing and reviewing all subcontractor project bids, I organized weekly meetings with clients, our team, and our subcontractors to track construction progress.

Served as the central point of contact for manufacturers, architects, freight forwarders, and our clients to ensure the on-time delivery of $25M of hospitality fixtures across 20 projects.
