Responsibilities:- Analyze stock requisitions and manage stock apportionment through the ERP system (G.L client).- Prepare warehouse space for new stock deliveries.- Coordinate with the cleaning department for warehouse maintenance.- Ensure timely supplier deliveries and inspect goods upon receipt.- File and verify GRNs, delivery notes, and invoices for supplier payments.- Maintain accurate automated stock register and bin cards.- Dispatch stocks to regional branches and follow up on deliveries.- Conduct stock-taking and stock-checking.
