I am a partner with Haslinger Nagele & Partners, an Austrian lawfirm with offices in Vienna and Linz, and co-head of our firm's competition and procurement law practice group. I represent clients in a broad range of industries including energy, telecommunication, transport, health care, banking, waste management and construction. In the area of competition law, I advise clients in merger control cases, cartel cases before the Austrian competition authorities and the European Commission, in follow-on damages claims before civil courts and in internal investigations. In the area of public procurement I advise contracting authorities as well as bidders, with a strong focus on large scale procurement projects including PPP and concession projects.
