    • RGI ranking has increased from No.4 to No.2 among our main competitors (Crown Plaza Jiangning, Sheraton Nanjing, Sofitel Galaxy and Jumeirah Nanjing ) same as second tier RGI(IC Nanjing, Shangri-La, Fairmont Nanjing and Marriott Jiangning) ranking has also go up to No.2 in Nanjing. Our RGI change ratio is No.1 among all our competitors.• In the first year of operation, the occupancy in 2019 (Chinese restaurant private room and German beer bar restaurant did not open) was 43.5%, exceeding the budget by 7.3%. The ADR is CNY850 , CNY10 over budget. The operating margin exceeded the budget by 1.4 million yuan. In 2020, hit by the epidemic, the hotel closed for three months. By the end of the year, the business had exceeded the owners' expectations and achieved an income of 73 million yuan (excluding the income from Chinese restaurant and German beer bar restaurants) with a profit margin of 15%. STR reports that RGI ranks second. In 2021, the budget target is 126 million (excluding the income of Chinese restaurants and German beer bars). As of May, the hotel revenue behind the budget is 8 million yuan, the GOP rate is flat. According to the forecast from May to July, August will close the gap. The hotel will open a new Chinese and German beer bar restaurant on July 1, 2021. In April 2022, the acting general manager was responsible for the overall operation and revenue of the hotel. During this period, the acting work was highly recognized by Kempinski Group and the Owning company.
