Excelling in project and team management, he leverages his leadership and budget management skills to ensure the success of each project.With a diverse educational background ranging from a bachelor's degree in teaching to a specialized graduate diploma in management, as well as training in scriptwriting, marketing communications and music theory, Martin has explored many different aspects of the music industry. From musician with indie-rock band The Dears, to copyright clearance consultant, to music-for-image producer for the advertising, event and film industries, to festival producer and director of operations, his varied expertise enables him to approach projects from a unique perspective.His commitment to contributing to innovative and inspiring projects is a constant source of motivation for him.
