I currently serve as a specialist officer within search management. I provide training within Kent Police, the National Police College and external partners including Search and Rescue and Fire and Rescue services, providing expertise within search management, missing person behavioural patterns and risk. I lead on high priority searches required for crime and counter terrorism management and coordinate venue searches in advance of high profile visits and manage counter terrorist incidents across Kent. In addition, I hold a specialist licence to provide lost person behaviour training; delivering this across police and the lowland search community to excellent review.
