I have led 4 stores as Store Manager, currently Leicester Fosse Park which is the company’s flagship store. Leading a team of 50-90 I have overall responsibility for the whole store including customer journey, sales, stock, budgets, recruitment and training. The store continually hosts investor visits which I play a lead role in. I also support an area of 33 stores focusing on costs and productivity which I have done for the past 3 years. I have been involved with several refits and store openings, also sat on the senior Manager forum for 2 years. Since becoming Store Manager at Leicester Fosse Park we have reached number one on the company for sales volume and achieved Platinum status on all KPI’s set

Started as Store Manager then took over as Area Manager after 18 months controlling from 21 stores to 40 over 2 years, with 19 store and concession openings within this period. I had overall responsibility for sales, costs, budgets, recruitment and leadership.
