I have been focusing on media and telecom management since the start of my career. I started in the door-to-door encyclopedia market, as marketing manager for Hachette. This is where I discovered the incredible potential of digital publishing. I was then in charge of multimedia for several departments of Hachette, and became Marketing Director of our newly created Multimedia Company. Online came as a storm and made us change our strategy. I created Plurimedia to leverage the brands and databases of Lagardere Group in the emerging web and mobile services market. It was then time to join Bouygues Telecom as content and digital services marketing services director to launch NTT Docomo’s i-Mode in France and develop non-voice ARPU among mobile users. I have never left the telecom family since, having moved to the Principality in 2009 to run Monaco Telecom.Monaco Telecom is the incumbent operator of the Principality of Monaco, delivering fixed, internet, TV, mobile services, as well as international data connectivity, housing and cloud services. Monaco Telecomis owned by Xavier Niel and the Principality of Monaco. It has developed a strong technological approach to telecommunications: in July 2019, Monaco was the first country with full 5G national coverage; and in fixed broadband, it provides 10Gbps Fiber broadband access to all residents and enterprises in the Principality.The Company started extending its footprint in September 2018, building a presence in the Mediterranean area through the acquisition of MTN Cyprus, now Epic. On 31 March 2020, Monaco Telecom acquired Vodafone Malta, the mobile communications leader in Malta, also rebranded as Epic. Both Companies are building their own Fiber to the Home Service and have launched 5G. We have divested our participation in Roshan Afghanistan in August 2020.We do all this thanks to the expertise and the engagement of the 800 employees who have totally transformed the Group in the past 6 years with great engagement in Monaco, Cyprus and Malta.Specialties: Telecoms and Media management
