I like meeting new people and I would have to try really hard not to greet them with a smile on my face and giving them an unforgettable experience. I feel comfortable communicating with all cultures, genders and ages and am a good judge of character since reacting appropriately to clients abilities and state of mind is crucial for conducting a safe outdoor adventure activity.Through my education and work experience, I gained excellent organisational and time-management skills, that can be seen in the successful management of my own company. I can adjust to new environments fast and acquire skills quickly since I always like to learn new things. I think that teamwork, professionalism and good communication are crucial elements for a successful business. I had no problem working inside an international collective in the past and am still in contact with most of my former employers and coworkers.
