Successfully completed a variety of consultancy roles across multiple projects, clients and disciplines including:• Created guidelines for IT Application Rationalisation for HBOS, identified key issues, solutions and defined 100 standard software packages across HBOS, allowing the decommissioning of over 1,000 applications• Designed and built Centrica’s billing batch schedule – functionally combining and performance testing over 90 schedules and 600 batch jobs to bill the accounts of 15 million UK households • Co-ordinated change control and code release into test environments for AXA (Blueprint project)
